Built in about 1890, these consist of estate workshops and living accommodation, they are in sandstone with slate roofs, and in two storeys. Bothy cottage has a wide entrance and gabled dormers. The building to the north has a doorway with a moulded surround and a shaped lintel, and on the roof is a timber louvre. On all the gables are ball finials.
